Our checkout is powered by Shopify, one of the most widely used commerce platforms in the world, so your payment is handled with bank-level protection from start to finish.

The options shown at checkout may vary a little depending on your country and device. All prices are charged in U.S. dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion.

How your card details are protected

Card numbers are entered directly into Shopify's checkout, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the payment card industry. Your details are encrypted in transit, and Fennelbay never sees or stores your full card number.

The padlock in your browser's address bar shows the connection is secured with HTTPS. Some banks may also ask you to confirm a payment with a code or in their app; this extra check is there for your protection.

Timing of the charge

We collect payment at the moment your order goes through. If we are unable to fulfil it, or cancel it for any reason, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Spotting scams

We will never email or message you asking for your card number, password or a security code. If you receive a message like that claiming to be from Fennelbay, please do not reply, and forward it to info@fennelbay.com.

Questions about a charge

If a payment looks wrong, email info@fennelbay.com with your order number before contacting your bank; we can usually sort it out quickly, and our customer service email is available 24/7.
