These terms explain how shopping at Fennelbay works, from placing an apron in your bag to what happens if something goes wrong. Please give them a read before you order; by using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. About us

Fennelbay is an online apron shop run by FRELY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. In these terms, "Fennelbay", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. Our registered office is:

2. Eligibility

To place an order you need to be 18 or older, or have reached the age of majority where you live, and be able to form a binding contract. Anyone under that age may browse with a parent or guardian, who should complete any purchase.

3. Your account

You can check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, keep your login details private and accurate, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

4. The aprons we sell

Each Fennelbay apron is a full-length kitchen apron in sturdy cotton canvas, roughly 27 x 33 inches, printed edge to edge, with an adjustable neck strap, long waist ties and one front pocket. Measurements are approximate: canvas is a natural fabric, so small differences between pieces are normal, and cotton may relax or tighten a little after washing.

We photograph and describe every print as faithfully as we can. Screens differ, though, so the colours you receive may look slightly brighter, deeper or softer than they do on your phone or monitor. Those small differences are not considered defects.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Each apron is $49.99. Shipping is added at checkout, and any applicable sales tax is calculated there before you pay. For parcels delivered outside the United States, import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient. We may change prices from time to time, but never on an order we have already accepted.

6. Placing an order

When you submit your order you are making an offer to buy. The email you receive straight after checkout confirms we have your order; the contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a design is unavailable, if a price or description was obviously wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Paying for your order

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and our payment processor. By paying, you tell us the card or wallet is yours or that its owner has said you may use it. We never see or keep your complete card number. Our Payment & Security page lists the methods we accept.

8. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship worldwide for a $7.99 flat rate, and orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-9 business days in the U.S. and 10-20 business days internationally, and every order is tracked. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier records the parcel as delivered to your chosen address.

9. Returns

Every apron comes with a 30-day return window, change of mind included and with no restocking fee. How to start a return and where to send it are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Offers and gift codes

Discount codes carry their own dates and conditions, which we state with the offer. They have no cash value and, unless an offer says otherwise, cannot be combined. We may end a promotion early if it is being abused.

11. Intellectual property and trademark

All artwork on our aprons and all photographs, words, graphics and page designs on this site are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and related laws. Buying an apron entitles you to wear and enjoy it; it does not give you permission to reproduce, print or sell the artwork. Fennelbay is a trademark owned and operated by FRELY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that implies we endorse or are connected with you.

12. How you may use the site

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to upload viruses or malicious code, not to harvest data from it with bots or scrapers, not to probe or disrupt its security, and not to impersonate anyone. We may block access for anyone who does.

13. Reviews, photos and feedback

Anything you send us, such as a review, a photo of your apron in use or a suggestion, must be your own, truthful and lawful. You grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to show it on our website and social media in connection with Fennelbay. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading or off-topic.

14. Third-party sites

Some links, such as a carrier's tracking page, take you to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and using them is subject to their own terms.

15. Disclaimer

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As far as the law permits, we do not promise it will be error-free or always online, and we make no warranties other than those set out in these terms or required by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

16. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, neither Fennelbay nor FRELY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED is liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the site or our products. For any claim relating to an order, our total liability is capped at the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Indemnity

If you breach these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and claims that Fennelbay and FRELY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED incur as a result.

18. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, including storms, carrier or customs hold-ups, labour action, power or internet failures and public emergencies. We will let you know if your order is affected and refund you if we are unable to deliver it.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, whose courts will hear any dispute. You keep any mandatory protections given to you by the consumer laws of the country where you live. If something is bothering you, please email us first so we can try to put it right.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and it applies from that date. An order you have already placed stays under the version that was live when you placed it.

21. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts still apply. Should we be slow to act on a breach, our right to act on it later still stands. These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site and buying from us.
