Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with care, sent with tracking and delivered worldwide. Shipping costs a $7.99 flat rate, and it is free when your order comes to $100 or more.

Shipping costs

Two aprons come to $99.98, just shy of the free-shipping line, so a third apron (or any order of $100 or more) ships free.

Processing time

Allow 1-3 business days for us to fold, wrap and pass your apron to the carrier. Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

These estimates are what most parcels achieve. Now and then a snowstorm, the holiday rush or a slow customs desk tacks on a day or three.

Tracking

Once your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after the label is created, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first.

Duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@fennelbay.com as soon as possible; we can change the address before the parcel ships, but not once it is with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
