Fennelbay does not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws, including California's, count certain advertising cookies as "selling" or "sharing" data. This page explains how to switch those off.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our site uses the Meta pixel and similar tools so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people likely to enjoy our aprons. Under some U.S. state laws that counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out in any of these ways:

• Cookie settings: use the cookie banner on our site to decline marketing and analytics cookies.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser automatically.
• Email us: write to info@fennelbay.com with the subject "Do not sell or share" and we will apply the opt-out to your customer record.

Opting out does not stop the site working, and you may still see Fennelbay adverts; they just will not be based on your activity on our site.

Your other choices

• Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email, or ask us to remove you.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us to see, fix or erase the personal information we hold.
• Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies may stop the bag or checkout from working.
• Meta ad settings: you can also manage ad preferences directly in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Authorised agents

You may ask someone to make a request for you. We will need proof that they are authorised and may ask you to confirm your identity directly.

No discrimination

Exercising your privacy choices will never affect the prices you pay or the service you receive.
